How to upload your ID

1. Login to your client portal account:

2. Once logged in, click on the top left hamburger icon in between the Accounts Geek logo and the plus sign. 

3. Once the menu has dropped down, click on “Files”.

4. To upload a file or document, click on the upload sign (towards the bottom of the page) and just above the search bar. Here you can also view all your already uploaded files.

5. You will then have the option to upload from your ‘Photo Library’, ‘Take Photo or Video’ or alternatively “Browse” through your device. Please note the upload options may differ depending  on what device your are using (for example mobile, desktop or tablet)
